First of all, I want to thank you for entrusting me with your cosmetic surgery care. It has been a privilege and an honor to serve as your surgeon and I deeply appreciate the trust you placed in me.

After much thought and careful consideration, I have made the difficult decision to close my medical practice, North Texas Cosmetic Surgery, effective February 1, 2025. I will continue seeing patients at my current location until January 31, 2025, and performing surgeries through January 24, 2025.

For any postoperative care required after January 31, 2025, I will continue to personally see patients for a limited time at an alternate location. I will provide details regarding scheduling and the location during your next visit or upon contacting me.

You may reach me to schedule postoperative appointments by email at drg@sculptanewyou.com or by text if you already have my personal cell phone number. If you do not have my number, please call my office at 972-743-6827 before January 31, 2025. My staff will verify that you are a postoperative patient and provide my contact information.

If you wish to obtain a copy of your medical records, please contact my office by January 20, 2025, to allow sufficient time for processing.
